Coal case: CBI files chargesheet against Delhi firm
The chargesheet has been filed under Section 120-B (criminal conspiracy) read with Section 409 (criminal breach of trust by public servant) of IPC and provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.
The CBI on Wednesday filed its chargesheet against a Delhi-based firm, Pushp Steels and Mining Pvt Ltd, for “misrepresenting facts” while applying for coal block allocation. The chargesheet was filed before Special CBI judge Bharat Parashar who fixed May 28 for hearing.

The agency had lodged an FIR against the company in April 2013 and had conducted raids in Delhi, Ghaziabad and Raipur.
