SHOCKING: Creative head of Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi accuses actor Abhishek Malik of assaulting him
Cases of physical, verbal and sexual harassment is nothing new in Bollywood and TV industry. Glamour industry is known to be plagued by such incidents. Now, we heard of something unruly that happened on the sets of TV show Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi.
The show’s creative head Tushar Thapliyal has accused the lead actor of the TV soap Abhishek Malik of physical assault. According to a report in SpotboyE, “The team of &TV’s Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi settled down for a briefing session two days ago. Reason? Producer Nivedita Basu had suggested a complete change in storyline to tackle the falling TRPs. The creative head, Tushar Thapliyal, informed the team that the lead actor, Abhishek Malik’s character will go from a hunky lad to a geeky simpleton. We hear, Abhishek wasn’t convinced with the decision and gave a Tushar a piece of his mind. Things went out of hand and soon the discussion snowballed into an argument. So much so, that team members had to interfere and pull the two apart.”
