iTunes and App Store suffering outages for some users
There’ve been many reports of problems with the iTunes store today, which has also led to difficulties accessing the iOS App Store, Mac App Store, and iBooks Store for several hours. Apple’s system status website confirms that the issue remains ongoing for some users, but not everyone is encountering the problem. For those that are, making purchases from iTunes or the app stores is proving nearly impossible. Outages are being reported both in the US and across the globe, so the issue clearly isn’t limited to a certain geographic region.
