The case against the actress and Ripu Sudan Kundra of Essential Sports and Media Private Limited, was filed by M.K. Media Private Limited.
The actress, who has delivered hits like “Main Khiladi Tu Anari” and “Dhadkan”, is fuming over the charges.
Shilpa, who is married to businessman Raj Kundra, has turned into an entrepreneur with a spa and wellness chain IOSIS, co-ownership of the IPL team of Rajasthan Royals. She even has a jewellery business, and is a successful fitness expert.
