Chit fund: CBI questions ED prosecutor
The CBI on Thursday grilled public prosecutor of Enforcement Directorate and accused in Artha Tatwa chit fund scam, Debasish Panda, for over two hours. In June last year, the CBI had booked Panda as he had signed as a witness in the sale deed of the house purchased by former A-G Ashok Mohanty from Artha Tatwa chit fund firm chief Pradeep Sethy. Panda has been accused of criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, cheating among others.
