Mentally challenged man assaulted in police station; probe ordered
A mentally challenged man was brutally assaulted allegedly by at least three policemen inside a police station for disrupting traffic and pelting stones on commuters in the city.
The incident came to light Friday after a video clip of the assault was circulated, purportedly showing two to three policemen thrashing and kicking the mentally-challenged man after tying his hands and legs inside Surajpol police station premises in Udaipur.
