Oil paper leak: Documents recovered are ‘classified’, Petroleum Ministry tells Delhi court
The Ministry of Petroleum on Wednesday told a Delhi court that eight documents recovered in the alleged document leak case are “classified”.
The Delhi police informed a Delhi court that they have received two reports from the Petroleum Ministry verifying the nature of documents leaked and that eight such documents are classified.
The revelation was made by the Delhi police, after the court directed the probe agency to file a report. The court, which is hearing the bail plea of six arrested accused in the case, had also asked Secretary of Petroleum and Home Affairs to file a report on this matter.
