After TVF’s Arunabh Kumar row, a ScoopWhoop employee accuses co-founder Suparn Pandey of sexual harassment

Two weeks back, news of The Viral Fever founder Arunabh Kumar sexually harassing a former employee at their office, went viral on the Internet. Soon skeletons started coming out of the bag when as many as 9 women accused him of making sexual advances towards them.

Now, a former employee of ScoopWhoop has accused the company’s co-founder Suparn Pandey of sexual assault. The web portal which specialises in women empowerment stories and has a rather women-friendly image in the market might face severe backlash post this incident.

According to a report on Catchnews.com, “ScoopWhoop co-founder Suparn Pandey has been accused of sexual harassment and sexual assault across a span of almost two years. The complainant, a former senior executive of ScoopWhoop Media Pvt. Ltd., has also accused other co-founders of ScoopWhoop – Sattvik Mishra and Sriparna Tikekar, of abetting the harassment, and even attempting to sweep it under the carpet.”

The FIR has been filed at the Vasant Kunj (South) Police station in Delhi under sections 354 A (sexual harassment), section 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman), and section 506 (criminal intimidation).
