Karisma Kapoor’s alleged boyfriend Sandeep Toshniwal inches closer to his divorce

Karisma Kapoor’s rumoured boyfriend, Sandeep Toshniwal has been fighting for a divorce since the past few years. Things were finally looking up for Karisma and Sandeep after Ashrita (Sandeep’s wife) initiated the preliminary proceedings of the divorce in the court. But Karisma’s hopes were dashed once again when the divorce came to a halt as reported recently.

As mutually decided by the couple, Sandeep and Ashrita, agreed on an alimony payment which would include Rs 2 crore for Ashrita and Rs 3 crore each for the two daughters. The couple had decided to file a divorce with mutual consent but just a few days later, Ashrita said that she would not declare any investments made with the amount. Naturally, the divorce was back to square one.

But once again, things seem to get better for Karisma. As per the latest reports, in the court hearing that was held on Saturday, Ashrita gave in to the demand of declaring the investments on the money being paid for the daughters.

Interestingly, Sandeep Toshniwal married Ashrita in the same year as Karisma married Sanjay Kapur, in 2003. Karisma divorced Sanjay in June 2016 and he married socialite Priya Sachdev in April this year.
