Civic body, NGO release short film on staying fit
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in association with NGO Bhamla Foundation has released a short film on eating habits with a voice-over by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.

The 2.2-minute public awareness short film deals with how a small change in food habits can prevent several lifestyle diseases.
The short film conveys the message that the future cannot be changed, but a habit can, and this change can change your future.
A total of five health tips have been suggested in the film. From lowering one’s sugar intake to daily workout for half an hour, the film suggests common tips that can keep one free from lifestyle diseases.
