Jaipur: BJP survey to gauge its chances
The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is conducting a survey to know what chances its candidates have in winning the by-elections in the state.
State BJP workers conducted the door-to-door survey across houses in these two Lok Sabha constituencies and one Assembly constituency.
The data will pave the way for a strategy for the party in the polls to be held on January 29 in Alwar and Ajmer Lok Sabha constituencies and Mandalgarh assembly constituency.
According to sources, the state election committee of the party has asked its workers to go for this micro survey. During the survey, workers will collect figures of the BJP’s votebank as well as those of others. At the same time, they will work for putting the party’s flag at the house of the BJP workers living in the constituencies.Along with the campaigning, this survey work will be completed before January 25.
According to sources,the main reason for conducting the survey is to know the current scenario of BJP candidates in the bypolls. The survey will be reviewed daily.
