Windows 10 is getting its own effortless Bluetooth pairing for devices
Microsoft has started testing a new Bluetooth feature for Windows 10 that will be available in the next major update. Windows 10 testers can try the quicker and more convenient Bluetooth pairing in the latest Windows 10 build 17093 released earlier this week. Surface Precision Mouse is the first device enabled with streamlined pairing, meaning Windows 10 will now produce a notification to quickly connect to the mouse and pair it.
It’s far better than having to dig into settings and find the section to add a Bluetooth device, and it won’t just be supported by Surface devices. Microsoft is working with partners, including Logitech, to ensure this new streamlined Bluetooth pairing support will be available across a number of devices.
