Bieber, who just turned 21, was seen getting comfortable at Moore’s lap. He wrapped his arm around her and planted a kiss on her forehead. The pair was reportedly introduced by mutual friend Lil Twist.

They were first romantically linked in 2013 after spotted grabbing a lunch together in Beverly Hills and allegedly enjoyed a date after Bieber split from Selena Gomez in 2014.
