Olympic-winning athlete Bruce Jenner‘s three sons reportedly supported his decision to undergo gender transition.

Burt, 36, Brandon, 33, and Brody Jenner, 31, just “want to be there” for their 65-year-old father, reported People magazine.

“The brothers just want to be there for their dad and to support him. They own the situation, and they aren’t shy about talking about it,” a source said.

While Bruce’s transition may have come as a surprise to many people, the source said that simply was not the case for Brody and Brandon, who have known about the possibility of it happening for years.
