“Meet my beautiful grandson! #blessed #oneofthelovesofmylife,” grandma Kris Jenner wrote.
The adorable Reign is Kourtney’s third child with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, bringing their family to a total five. The baby joins big brother Mason, five, and big sister Penelope, two.
