Salman Khan hit-and-run case: Arguments concluded
Salman Khan is accused of ramming his Land Cruiser SUV into a roadside bakery in suburban Bandra on September 28, 2002, killing one person and injuring four who were sleeping outside.
Concluding the final arguments on Thursday in the 2002 Salman Khan hit-and-run case, the prosecution claimed that the only “irresistible conclusion” is that the actor was driving his car in an inebriated state when he rammed his Landcruiser into a pavement in Bandra killing one and injuring four.

The special public prosecutor, Pradeep Gharat, on the final day of his arguments, contended all the charges, including Section 304 (II) of the IPC (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), against Khan are proved without reasonable doubt.
