Maoists attack police camp in Dantewada, four killed

Two days after seven of Chhattisgarh’s elite Special task force were killed in Sukma, Maoists on Monday targeted an anti-landmine vehicle belonging to the Chhattisgarh Armed Force and attacked their camp at Chaulnar.

The police camp was under-construction and a few personnel were living in tents at the time of the attack.

Four policemen were killed in the Maoist attack so far and several other are in critical condition. This was the third attack in last 72 hours. Twelve policemen were killed in total by Maoists in the last few days.
