Rishi Kapoor says he is not son Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘mailbox’
Rishi Kapoor has been using the Twitter space to keep his followers updated of his life and his son’s as well.
Rishi Kapoor’s Twitter timeline is a happening place these days. From him apologising to actresses Madhuri Dixit and Rekha for not giving a box office hit, to slamming haters and calling himself “misunderstood and misconstrued”, the veteran actor is having a gala time at the microblogging site.
But as his Twitter bio says, “Son of a famous father and Father of a famous son….That leaves me nowhere,” Rishi Kapoor truly has to face the brunt of being Ranbir Kapoor’s father.
Since Ranbir is not on any social platform, as confirmed by Rishi Kapoor himself in another tweet (Read: Ranbir Kapoor not on any social media platform, says dad Rishi), the only medium the fans can find to get in touch with the young heartthrob is by posting tweets to his dad Rishi Kapoor. And this has irked the veteran actor.
Venting off this fury, Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter and asked fans to be mindful of the tweets:
Another thing. I am Not and repeat NOT Ranbirs Post Box that you can drop messages or post them. Thank you,I remain yours truly-Rishi Kapoor

And just in case, the fans didn’t get it still, he posted this cute picture:

Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor has been using the Twitter space to keep his followers updated of his life and his son’s as well. So, he issued a notice to all Ranbir’s fans that he wasn’t on social media.
Rumour had it that Ranbir Kapoor had asked his father to keep off talking about him and his personal life, which we assume is related to his lady-love Katrina Kaif. In fact Rishi Kapoor, in a recent interview to Mumbai Mirror, had also revealed that Ranbir and he shared a very strained relationship and that Ranbir actually lives-in with his girlfriend.
He was also quoted saying that Ranbir doesn’t share much of details about his personal and private life with him and wife Neetu Singh. And since, this is so, he really isn’t a source for Ranbir-related information.
