Olympic-winning athlete Bruce Jenner has been slapped with a lawsuit, alleging wrongful death, by the stepchildren of the woman, who was killed in a car crash, involving the former sportsman.
Kimberly Howe died in a February 7 car crash allegedly instigated by Jenner, 65.
The lawsuit filed on Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Dana Redmond and William Howe states that Jenner
acted in a “negligent, reckless, careless and improper manner” and has caused them to “suffer enormous damages and losses,” said The Hollywood Reporter.

It further says that Redmond and Howe have “been caused to lose, among other things, the love, affection, support, comfort, society, financial support and more” from the death of their stepmother.
According to earlier police reports, the collision occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu in February.
Jenner was driving his Cadillac Escalade when he rear-ended Howe, causing her Lexus to veer off into opposite lanes of traffic, where it was then struck by an oncoming vehicle. Howe died on the scene, while Jenner was not injured.
