Happy for friend but law should take its course: Preity Zinta

Actor Preity Zinta Friday said she was happy that her close friend Salman Khan was out on bail but she also believed law should take its course.

“Salman is such a dear friend. And at a personal level, I would do anything for him. But no one is above law. Also, he is a star with such a huge following. Youth look up at him as an idol. That it’s okay to drink and drive is not a message that should go out to them,” she said. Zinta, however, was of the opinion that the victims’ families should get the compensation.
