Priyanka Chopra will play the role of IPS officer Abha Mathur with minimal make up.
Filmamker Prakash Jha was himself shocked to see Priyanka in this get up. He tweeted:

He has already left Mumbai and started working on his upcoming movie.

‘Gangaajal 2′ is the sequel to the hit 2003 movie with the same name which featured Ajay Devgn in the lead. Though the director could not rope in Ajay in the movie this time, he got Priyanka on board. Reportedly, the ‘Ugly’ actor Rahul Bhat will also be seen as one of the protagonists of the movie. It is being speculated that Prakash Jha will make his debut as an actor with Gangaajal 2. The movie will go on floors soon.
Priyanka is busy these days with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ and American television show ‘Quantico’.
