Karisma Kapoor’s alleged boyfriend Sandeep Toshniwal’s divorce proceedings get stuck again!

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor would have had some sort of relief when her alleged boyfriend Sandeep Toshniwal’s wife Dr. Ashrita initiated the preliminary proceedings of her divorce with him, after years of refusing to end the marriage in court. But looks like her happiness was rather short lived because just six days later, the divorce proceedings are in chaos.

Earlier, the husband and wife had mutually decided on an alimony payment which included Rs 2 crore for Ashrita and Rs 3 crore each for both the daughters. If the latest reports doing the rounds are to be believed, then while Ashrita does not want more money, she refuses to declare any investments she will make with that money whereas the court protocol demands the declaration to be made to ensure that the money is given to the right heir and not spent somewhere else.

Reportedly, the lawyers of the two parties began fighting over the issue and it became chaotic. Now, the divorce has fallen back to where it all started.
