Has Kerala CM taken moral responsibility for killing of 13 RSS workers, asks Amit Shah in Thiruvananthapuram
BJP President Amit Shah on Tuesday during his Janaraksha Yatra in Kerala’s capital Thiruvananthapuram asked Kerala Chief Minister P Vijayan whether he would take moral responsibility for the killing of 13 BJP/RSS workers in the state afer the Left Democratic Front (LDF) came to power.
“I want to ask Kerala CM whether people have given you mandate to eliminate innocent BJP/RSS workers,” said Amit Shah while addressing a rally comprising senior party members of the state, and party workers.
The BJP President also challenged the Kerala government to fight it on the plank of development and ideology, and not violence.
He also took a swipe at the Congress, saying that the party’s downfall was because of corruption and dynasty politics. “If Left parties have ceased to exist in this country, then it is due to political violence.”
Earlier in the day, the Kerala High Court directed the state government to spell out its stand on a CBI probe into the alleged political killings of RSS, BJP activists that took place in the state after CPI(M)-led LDF came to power last year.
