MNS slams Fadnavis for lauding contribution by North Indians in Mumbai
After Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis lauded contribution by North Indians in Mumbai, MNS has strongly reacted to it and has said that Maharashtra or Mumbai does not need any outsider to make it great.
MNS also has said that Fadnavis should be felicitated with Bhayya Bhushan award for his appeasement of North Indians on the eve of Gujarat assembly elections. Interestingly, Shiv Sena leaders who otherwise invite media for reacting on such issues have not commented on this statement by Chief Minister.
Chief Minister Fadnavis on Wednesday inaugurated the plaque after naming a Chowk at Ghatkopar after educationist Y D Singh. Minister for Housing Prakash Maheta, Minister of state Vidya Thakur were also present for the program.
Without naming MNS or Shiv Sena, Chief Minister Fadnavis while addressing the gathering at Ghatkopar said, `Languages are meant for uniting people and not dividing them. But some people for the sake of politics make divisions on the basis of language.
