Gratified by Hollywood’s response to my remarks on Kevin Spacey: Anthony Rapp
Anthony Rapp has said he is “gratified” by Hollywood’s response to the allegations of sexual misconduct he made against Kevin Spacey.
The “Star Trek: Discovery” actor came forward earlier this year to allege that Spacey had made sexual advances towards him when he was just 14-years-old.
“I’ve been very surprised by it all. I’ve been very gratified by the response I’ve gotten from so many people. I think all of this is an important step to dismantle the machinery that allowed this sort of thing to continue,” Rapp told Entertainment Tonight. He also tweeted the same on November 29.

After the allegations were made, Spacey released a statement where he insisted he did “not remember the encounter” but said he “owes him the sincerest apology”.
