Why is Amitabh Bachchan threatening to quit Twitter?

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has threatened to quit Twitter alleging that the social media platform has reduced his number of followers.

Tweeting in the middle of the night, Bachchan said that he would find ‘other’ fishes in the sea that are a lot more exciting.

It is easy to speculate that the Piku actor’s outrage may be a reaction to Shah Rukh Khan dethroning him as the most followed Indian actor on Twitter.

With 3,29,41,837 followers, superstar Shah Rukh Khan is now the industry’s most followed personality on the micro-blogging site.

The Pink star, on the other hand, has 3,29,02,320 million followers.

However, with a small difference between their Twitter followers, Big B might soon overtake the Jab Harry Met Sejal star once again.
