Q: I am a 25-year-old working girl and weigh about 58 kg. My lifestyle is mostly sedentary. I wish to include some form of exercise as part of my daily schedule. I dont want to lose weight, but want to have a healthy body. What kind of regimen would you recommend? – Veena Prasad
It is good to hear that you want to focus on being healthy and fit, than just lose weight. You should get an hour of workout 4 to 5 times a week, and your workouts must be a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility. So for cardio, you can run, take up zumba, swim or cycle. For strength, you can go for weight training or pilates. For flexibility, yoga is your best bet.
Q: I am 25 years old. I have gained weight in the recent past and most of it has been around my stomach and thighs.
