DHARNA DRAMA: Plaint against Arvind Kejriwal, AAP Ministers for restraining LG Anil Baijal from doing lawful work

A complaint has been filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Satyendra Jain and Gopal Rai under Section 124 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for restraining Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal from doing lawful work. The complaint has been filed by a Delhi-based lawyer, Vibhor Anand, at Patel Nagar Police Station on Saturday.

Kejriwal, along with his team of ministers, has been on a sit-in protest at the L-G house since June 11. Jain and Sisodia have been on a hunger strike from the last three days. “We r not restraining him from doing ANY work. Four of us sitting in a very small waiting room. Raj Niwas is palatial. He can use rest of Raj Niwas to do his work Actually, LG refusing 2 perform his “lawful” n constitutional duty. On behalf of Delhiites, we r urging him 2 do that (sic),” tweeted Kejriwal over this complaint.
