WATCH: Ajay Devgn takes on corruption in the first trailer for ‘Raid’
Riding on the current of social drama, Ajay Devgn is looking to add his two cents with his upcoming Raid starring him with Ileana D’Cruz and Saurabh Shukla as the villain of the story.
Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta the first trailer and poster for Raid were released on Tuesday.

Gupta has directed movies like Aamir and No One Killed Jessica. Add that vision to Devgn’s expertise honed while doing Prakash Jha movies, the combination looks ripe for the social dramas.
Raid is set in 1981 and follows the story of an income tax officer named Amay Patnaik (played by Devgn) in Lucknow trying to take on a ‘powerful corrupt’ called Tauji (played by Shukla) with the might of his officers.
