Google I/O will debut a live-action short from Fast & Furious 6 director Justin Lin
Google released the full schedule for its I/O developer conference at the end of the month earlier today, and it appears that the presentation from the ATAP (Advanced Technology and Products) group might be one of the most interesting sessions. According to the keynote’s description, ATAP will debut its newest Spotlight Story during the event, which has apparently been directed by Fast & Furious alum Justin Lin. Spotlight Stories, which so far have been presented on the Moto X smartphone and Google’s Cardboard VR headset, are traditionally animated, but the description for this new one says it’s a “live action short” that will be displayed in “full 360 with 3D soundsphere.”
