Stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld’s show in India stands cancelled
Jerry Seinfeld was due to perform over the weekend at the National Sports Club of India (NSCI) as part of Stage42 Festival.
Looks like Mumbai have extremely bad luck when it comes to stand up comedy shows. Following the huge AIB roast controversy, the city was gearing up for International comedian and Television personality Jerry Seinfeld.
The comedian was due to perform over the weekend (Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15), at the National Sports Club of India (NSCI) as part of Stage42 Festival.
However, organizers have cancelled the show at the very last minute. In an email to those who purchased the exorbitantly priced tickets, ranging from Rs 7,500 for the regular folk and Rs 12,500 for people who want want a better look at the actor, organizers cited traffic and parking issues to be the reason.
