Watch: Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Bombay Velvet’ tribute to jazz with ‘Naak Pe Gussa’

‘Naake Pe Gussa’ is glitzy and glamorous featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in their highs and tumultuous lows, with quite a few slaps and blows.

After releasing the second trailer of Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma’s eagerly awaited ‘Bombay Velvet’, the makers have now launched a new song from the film, ‘Naake Pe Gussa’ and we love it. (See Pics: When Ranbir Kapoor took Anushka Sharma in his arms

The video is glitzy and glamorous featuring the lead couple in their highs and tumultuous lows, with quite a few slaps and blows. Anushka Sharma looks beautiful as she serenades the crowd of the nightclub, ‘Bombay Velvet’. Ranbir is dapper as ever, however, both seem to be having their personal share of secrets and struggles. The music is beautiful and soothing with jazz trumpets and Neeti Mohan’s amazing vocals. Composed by Amit Trivedi, ‘Naake Pe Gussa’ has been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

The newly-released song is already trending on Twitter by the hashtag #NaakPeGussa.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap ‘Bombay Velvet’ also features Karan Johar in a full-fledged role, which is his first onscreen appearance.

The film is slated to release on May 15.
