Virat Kohli’s reaction to Anil Kumble’s farewell letter is shocking!

Indian captain Virat Kohli gave a first direct hint from his end that all is not well between him and former Team India head coach Anil Kumble when he deleted a tweet he had posted earlier to welcome Kumble as the coach. Earlier this week, the legendary leg-spinner resigned from his post after he was intimated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) that Kohli had reservations about his style of functioning.

While Kumble penned an elaborate note on social media where he expressed his surprise at the turn of events, there had been absolutely nothing from Kohli that directly suggested that there was acrimony involved. That was till today.

“Heartiest welcome to @anilkumble1074 Sir. Look forward to your tenure with us. Great things in store for Indian cricket with you,” Kohli had tweeted on June 23, 2016.
